Aspen Residential Services have chosen the largest property portal Rightmove for a very unique additional service bringing extra traffic to all our vendors properties. When any person makes a search with Rightmove they are taken into the search area they have requested and this is the first thing they will see. One click on our flashing advert takes them directly into Aspen Reidential Services property listings prior to seeing any other properties listed with Rightmove. This is another first for all our vendors.

Aspen Residential Services (Middlesex Office) are now listing all their property instructions with Google Maps. This is a new service starting in June 2010. Just go to google maps, type in your search area. Looking at the top of the map click on the \'More\' box and click on \'Property\' and then on the left hand side type in your criteria and off your go.

To enhance all our property details we offer on our web site a full comprehnsive brochure in pdf incorporating a full page floor-plan with room sizes for easy reading.

Aspen Residential Services are the first local estate agent to offer the full 6 page report for the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)onto their web. This will enabling all potential buyers a much better understand when viewing the numberd coloured graph showing the Energy Efficiency and Enviromental Impact ratings.

Aspen are GREEN with their company cars. All of our company car are Honda Civic or Honda Insight Hybrids with a very low CO2 emissions.
